DNS Leak Test (Lite)
Understand whether you're likely using a well-known public resolver or something else. This lightweight check DOES NOT enumerate your actual DNS servers (that requires custom authoritative domains). It simply probes popular public resolvers and reports results - treat it as an indicator, not proof.

How a Full DNS Leak Test Works
True leak detection creates unique subdomains and observes which resolver IPs query an authoritative server. This lite version avoids extra infrastructure and only checks reachability/performance of major public resolvers (Cloudflare, Google, Quad9). If none respond quickly, you might be on an ISP / custom resolver - but that alone is not a leak.
- No leak indicator: Using only your VPN's encrypted DNS or a public privacy resolver you intentionally chose.
- Potential issue: You expect a VPN/public resolver but responses suggest only a slower/unknown path (cannot confirm).
